El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie

But no matter how much I talk about the "fan" tapes, sometimes it feels like Vince Gilligan just missed the old heroes and decided to return to them. Maybe that's why the tape did without Saul Goodman, the character of Bob Odenkirk, who is missing from the head in "Better Call Saul." As for the rest, the director and screenwriter does not even try to expand the story, but only adds a few final touches with old pencils to the picture we know.
Was this movie necessary? No, El Camino has no global impact on the world of "heavy" and is only a small gift from Vince to himself and his fans. But to be honest, it seems to me that the fact that the final episode of the show is now called not "Felina" (which stands for "Blood, meth and tears"), but "El Camino", greatly changes the idea of the series. After all, when we left Walt in a pool of blood on the floor of the laboratory, it was the end of the story about the path from a good to a bad person and the consequences of the actions committed along the way.
With the completion of the Jesse arch, "heavy" suddenly turned into a show about the difficult path of a person and his innate right to change. And you know what? It is very cool.
